Faith Allison is a Pastor, trauma-informed counselor, and community healing architect who has spent over two decades helping individuals and communities rebuild their stories after pain, crisis, trauma, loss, and spiritual disconnection. Her work blends neuroscience, attachment theory, spiritual formation, and trauma-informed practices to create safe, transformative experiences — both digitally and in person — where people reclaim identity, restore connection, and rediscover lost hope.

She is the author of UnNormal, a book born from her conviction that everyone deserves to be seen — and longs to be. For over ten years her private practice, Intersections for Healing, has offered a cross-cultural space for people contending with the voice of the past to find peace, clarity, and whole-hearted lives.

Faith pastors United with Christ in Panama City, Florida, and is known as a connector of people — a “human rolodex” — whose teaching helps others discover their restored identity in Christ. Her own story of overcoming childhood trauma, sexual assault, and addiction has become a message of hope for the hopeless.

Celebrated for her candid, conversational tone, she is a dynamic speaker and gifted storyteller. A mother of two adult children and many spiritual sons and daughters, she calls Panama City home and can often be found sharing a cup of coffee with a new friend somewhere in the world.
