Rental Fee $300
This fee is due 1 week before your event.

Partial Day 4-6 Hours
Rental Fee $500
This fee is due 1 week before your event.

Full Day 8am-11pm
Please plan for adequate time for set up and clean up. If you need more time, please book for a full day.
Rental fee includes use of main room, kitchenette, lobby, restrooms, and infant quiet room.
Payment Options:
Once deposit has been paid with rental agreement, we will send an invoice for the actual rental fee portion.
You can pay by credit/debit, cash app, paypal or Venmo.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $ 200 is required. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the event,
provided no damages or extra cleaning are necessary and all keys are returned.
Security deposit due at time of acceptance of contract along with 50% of rental fee.
Cancellation Policy:

You have up to 2 weeks prior to your event to cancel and receive a full refund of any monies paid

After the 2 week mark, you will forfeit the return of your deposit as well as 50% of any other monies paid

Cancellations will always be based off your ORIGINAL booking date.
