Tours
The venue is rented out on a daily basis.  For the privacy and safety of all our other clients, ALL walkthroughs and tours must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted and  we ask that you not disrupt the other clients and their events by peeking through windows. We will gladly schedule a walk through tour for you so you can see the full scale of the facility!  We thank you for your cooperation. 
 


Capacity
We can accommodate events between 50-75 people comfortably.  This facility has the capacity to accommodate additional outdoor seating when the weather permits. There is a large roll up door to the outside terrace which can open up during seasonally good weather.  This area contains additional seating and a fire pit as well as a sensory play yard for children. The entire terrace is fenced in for safety. This additional space can increase your capacity to 125. 
 


Rental Hours
We understand it takes time to beautify a space just the way you envision it. If you require more time, please consider a longer period or full day rental rather than a partial day rental. This will give you the freedom to plan, set up, enjoy and clean up without feeling rushed.
 
Available Rental hours are Sunday through Saturday 8am-11pm.
 
All Parties must be end and be in clean up mode by 10pm (No exceptions, please don't ask)
*If there are no events scheduled the evening before, you may be permitted to set up at this time* (If you would like to guarantee set up on the night before, let us know and we will offer a discount for booking the extra time frame as long as it’s available)

The event center is located on the far right of the building. You may enter by the main lobby or the designated entrance and exit for Intersections, common outdoor space. 
The event center, bathrooms, and entrances are all handicap accessible. 
 


Key to Facility
Each client will receive a single key to gain entrance to the building. After your event drop your key in the Black Drop box located on the outer wall of the building. Losing the key will result in forfeit of your security deposit. 
 
Use of Overhead Door During Events
 
The facility has the capacity to open up to accommodate outside seating and use of play areas for children for events as the weather permits by opening the large commercial overhead door. The use of this door must be approved by the staff prior to rental and instructions for its use followed explicitly. Any variation from this will result in the loss of the security deposit. No exceptions will be made. 

 

 
What's Allowed

  • You may bring in your own food & drinks or have it catered by local establishments

  • You may have a DJ or amplified music through personal speakers

  • You may decorate how you choose using tape or command strips only (please see other restrictions in next section) There is extra tape, and command strips on hand should you need more than you thought you would. 

  • You may move tables and chairs around to fit your desired vision

  • You may use LED or flameless candles

  • Concert style events must be approved prior and abide by the City of Lynn Haven found regulations for said outdoor event. 

 


What's NOT Allowed

  • You may NOT serve alcohol to underage individuals

  • You may NOT sell alcohol without a temporary permit

  • You may NOT smoke or vape, anywhere inside or outside the premises. (this includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, or Marijuana) 

  • You may NOT put holes in the wall (This includes tacks, pushpins, etc) 

  • You may NOT stand on the tables (We have ladders available on request) 

  • You may NOT have inflatables, such as bounce houses (Our Kidz Cave provides many soft play options and activities for your littles to enjoy- see Kids Cave Tab for more details) 

  • You may NOT use confetti or glitter -This includes balloons with confetti inside

  • You may NOT "POP BOTTLES" - Please do not pop champagne bottles inside. It will make a mess. It will get on the walls and it is a nightmare to clean off the floors. Evidence of such will result in forfeit of partial deposit for extra cleaning time. 

  • NO PETS are allowed in the building. 

 


Cleaning Requirements
To Receive your deposit back, please make sure the following are completed. Failure to do so will result in loss of all or some of your security deposit. 

 

  • All trash is to be placed in garbage bags and brought out to the provided external garbage containers.

  • Please do not drag your garbage bags throughout the facility as they will tear and leak.

  • All tables must be wiped down (cleaning wipes provided).

  • If anything was spilled on the floors, please just wipe up (you do not need to do a full mop, just clean up spills so they don't stick).

  • Any dishes and amenities used that belong to Intersections Events, please wash and dry and put back where you got them from.

  • Wipe down kitchen counters and stove (cleaning wipes provided).

  • ALL BALLOONS MUST BE POPPED AND DISPOSED OF (Do NOT put fully inflated balloons in the garbage cans).

  • Remove all items of decor.

  • Make sure no garbage or trash is left in the parking lot.

  • Make sure ALL doors are tightly closed.

  • Make sure ALL lights are turned off.

  • Make sure all doors to the Event Room, internal and external are closed and locked.

  • Make sure Main door is locked and the key is dropped in the dropbox. 

  • Removal of any property belonging to intersections events will result in a forfeit of your security deposit.
